Position Summary:

 

At this current time being a eSports manager is a volunteer position. Your role is to direct and manage our professional teams.

 

Responsibilities:
 

• Day-to-day duties

• Problem solving

• Provide a 3rd opinion

• Substitute when needed
• Promote a positive mindset between players
• Recruit, evaluate and propose strategy for new teams

• Ensure players are meeting sponsorship requirements
• Ensure our Call of Duty eSports teams have scrims available
• Ensure teams are informed when is the next online tournament and events

• Stay up to date with everything related to the organization

• Professionally represent Team Legacy at all times
• Other duties, as assigned
