Position Summary:

 

At this current time being a general manager is a volunteer position. Your role is to manage, coordinate and direct activities related to the organization.

• Manage Team Legacy email account

• Day-to-day duties
• Problem solving
• Discover potential new talent
• Gather and analyze feedback
• Create engagement opportunities
• Review and monitor creation of content
• Support members and partners requests

• Ensure talents are meeting sponsorship requirements
• Assure that the policies, resolutions, and goals are carried out
• Partner and work effectively across all levels of the organization
• Be the main point of contact between management departments
• Find ways to improve how we represent ourselves as an organization
• Supervise, analyze and optimize as needed for continuous innovation and improvement
• Promote a healthy and positive mindset within the organization
• Stay up to date with everything related to the organization
• Professionally represent Team Legacy at all times
• Other duties, as assigned
